Returns
WLB Enterprises has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly take back any unlogoed order that does not meet your requirements within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. If you wish to return an item, please contact your WLB Enterprises Customer Service Representative. DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or website. Your WLB Enterprises Customer Service Representative will provide the shipping information to you.

• Garments must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please return merchandise in original packaging.
• We are unable to accept merchandise that has been worn or washed.
• For your protection we recommend that you insure your package with the shipper.
• If you are exchanging merchandise please include a money order or credit card number for return shipping.

Information WLB Enterprises Gathers and Tracks
WLB Enterprises gathers two types of information about users: data that users provide through optional, voluntary registration on our site, and aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our site. Such information enables us to better tailor our content to users’ needs and helps us better understand the demographics of our audience. WLB Enterprises does not share information about individual users with any third party. WLB Enterprises gathers user information in the following processes:

Registration
WLB Enterprises is a business-to-business transactional marketplace. Although some features of WLB Enterprises are available to anonymous users, all users must register and be approved prior to making purchases. By registering, users take advantage of various personalized features such as the ability to invoke unique functions and content based on one's identity. During registration, the user supplies information required to enable transactions.

Polling
The WLB Enterprises site may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what the WLB Enterprises audience thinks about important issues. WLB Enterprises uses a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

Message Boards/Forums

WLB Enterprises may, at its discretion, share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with WLB EnterprisesMarketplace vendors and other business partners. Information about specific individuals or buying companies will not be shared with third parties.

WLB Enterprises may occasionally offer loyalty programs, contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain information. These promotions will be conducted in full accordance with United States federal and state laws. The full rules and all information about such contests will be clearly posted during the event. Any information gathered will be used only to verify user identity and to contact winners and/or prize/point recipients. Again, information about specific individuals will not be shared with third parties.

Usage Tracking
WLB Enterprises tracks user traffic patterns throughout its site; however, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. WLB Enterprisesdoes segment overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). WLB Enterprisestracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter into the WLB EnterprisesMarketplace search engine, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.

Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user ID, that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. WLB Enterprises uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above), when you register as a WLB Enterprisesmember, and when you click on various links and promotions throughout the site. When you register, WLB Enterprises uses a cookie to store your user ID. We do not store passwords or any personal information about you. Use of the information

As stated above, WLB Enterprises uses information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls and message boards.
